Poor stand of cleaning. I highlighted this on arrival and was told it was told it would be cleaned. I was there 4 nights and not done despite towel change etc each day. Room uninviting due to dirt and terrible marks in walls. No bathroom robe or radio as advertised. Limited TV channels. Kettle but no cups/mugs, teaspoons or tray. I had to go out to buy. Lift very small. I sent my case up and only used the stairs. Friendly staff. Good towels and bathroom toiletries. Excellent location. I paid City tax on arrival but was asked for this again the day before I left which was surprising. I would not return. Expensive for what it is.

My husband and I and another couple made reservations at the Atlantis for the end of Sept. 2023. From the website photos we thought it would be a charming boutique hotel, and it has a three star rating. We had reserved a “superior” room for 3 nights. We were greeted at reception by the manager and told to take our suitcases up in the elevator. There was no offer to help with the luggage. I’m used to small elevators in Paris, but this one was the smallest I’ve ever seen. It was cramped, old and not very clean. There was just room for me and my carry-on bag. Any person of a larger size would be unable to fit. When the elevator door opened on the 5th floor, I saw the housekeeper who was reclining on the stairs looking at her phone. She greeted me and pointed to the side my room was on. All of her cleaning equipment was laying in the hallway in front of my door and I had to lift my suitcase over it to enter. The room was dingy and had a low ceiling with large cracks in it. Instead of a king-sized bed (as advertised) we had two twin beds pushed together. There was no rug and no toiletries in the bathroom. The brown dust cover was coming off the bed at the foot, the plastic floorboard was dirty with big gaps between sections and the small leather chair was so worn that it looked fuzzy. The ceiling fixture had spotlight-style bare bulbs. The curtains were dirty and so was the cover on the desk chair. My friends’ room was just as bad. It was also grimy, with stained fabric-covered chairs. I’ve added photos with this review to show what it was like. My husband and I went downstairs to the breakfast area to wait for our friends. The carpet on the stairs was worn and dirty. The breakfast area was dark with mismatched furniture and smelled strongly of curry. I told the desk manager my concerns (in French to be sure he understood) and asked to be moved to another room if possible, but he just kept insisting that we had a superior room and didn’t do anything. After consulting with our friends, we found another hotel and made reservations there for our stay. As of now, I t’s unclear if we will get a refund from the Atlantis. Although we prepaid through the hotel website, the manager said that they use a third party in Singapore to handle their finances, and we had to work with them to receive any refund. When we got our bags to leave, the tiny elevator had stopped working so we had to lug our suitcases down 5 flights of stairs. Do not stay here and don’t believe the photos on their website. They don’t show how grimy and old everything is. The hotel is in desperate need of a deep clean and a renovation. I have no idea how it got a three star rating.

The pictures on the website do not reflect the real hotel. It’s dirty and old. Superior room was shabby, an old low to the ground mattress and old coarse bath towels. We got stuck in the elevator and a maid had to pull the doors open. Beware!

Hotel was not our choıce at first step.our selected hotel have cancelled our reservation because could not finished renevation in time,we had a short time to go and mainly due to the good location we reserved 2rooms even we had some doubts about hotel because of some negative comments .at the end of 3 nights our opinion is positive of course cobsidering price quality ratio.first of all location is great.we have experience paris hotel rooms and bathrooms,but this hotel has very big rooms and bathrooms.clean,rather high ceiling.breakfast was 13 euro only jam crossant and coffee.close by many good coffees you can have breakfast.the only negative point is elevator .just like a joke 2persons in normal size can fit in hardly .my wife stucked once inside .but did not remain for long.anyway overall opinion is we werehappy to stayeven my wife said she can stay at next trip.

The room and bathroom was spacious, but the elevator was horrible! My sister got stuck inside just because it was so tiny. So unless you’re ok with climbing the stairs by foot, I wouldn’t go there. It needs to be renovated and people should get proper explanation of how to get in and out. The hotel’s location is perfect! Lot’s of fashion stores and nice coffee places and restaurants. Loved the area! The room was ok. They could renovate it a little but it wasn’t bad.
